Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Project Not Started: If you cancel before any development work has begun, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work within a reasonable timeframe (as defined in the Project Agreement), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Quality Issues: If delivered work does not meet the specifications outlined in the signed Project Agreement and cannot be rectified within the agreed revision rounds.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work already completed and delivered as per specifications
- Change of mind after development has begun
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content)
- Third-party service costs (hosting, domains, API subscriptions)
- Custom design work that has been approved by the client
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send a written request to info@reddyfixer.site with your project details and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review the request within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
For projects that are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work delivered and approved. Work completed up to the cancellation point is non-refundable.
