Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling a project engagement with Reddy Fixer Pvt Ltd.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. The following terms apply:
- Before Development Starts: Full refund of advance payment minus 10% administrative fee.
- During Development (0-25% complete): 50% of the total project fee is payable for work completed.
- During Development (25-50% complete): 65% of the total project fee is payable.
- During Development (50-75% complete): 80% of the total project fee is payable.
- After 75% completion: Full project fee is payable.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
Reddy Fixer Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel a project in the following situations:
- Non-payment of agreed milestone fees within 15 days of the due date
- Client unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days
- Scope changes that fundamentally alter the project beyond the original agreement
- Discovery of illegal or unethical project requirements
Cancellation Process
- Provide written notice via email to info@reddyfixer.site
- Include your project name, agreement reference, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will acknowledge within 2 business days
- Final settlement will be calculated and communicated within 5 business days
Deliverables Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation and settlement of all outstanding payments, the client will receive:
- All completed and approved work up to the cancellation date
- Source code for completed modules
- Design files for approved screens
- Documentation for delivered components
Project Pause
As an alternative to cancellation, clients may request a project pause of up to 30 days without penalty. Pauses exceeding 30 days may be treated as cancellation unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.
